Shipping
Shipping is available to selected countries and costs are calculated at checkout.
All products are made to order and printed by my trusted printing partner closest to your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

If an order is returned because it could not be delivered, was unclaimed, or was shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Where applicable, VAT and sales tax are included. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because products are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@maiajudith.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
Claims will be reviewed in accordance with the policies and requirements of our third party fulfillment partner. If a claim is approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s guidelines.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Returns for customer error or change of mind are not accepted. Any exception is made at my sole discretion and may require the item to be returned to my studio in Argentina at the customer’s expense.

Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.
